Update on Skyfire Status

Without a doubt, Skyfire is in demand. Over a week ago I downloaded my beta copy and have enjoyed it ever since. It does break my heart a little that not everyone can enjoy it yet. However my hopes were lifted with this recent email concerning Skyfire and the beta program. Hopefully this will left More >
Here’s How to Get Skyfire
about 2 years ago - 21 comments
Ever since the Exclusive Video on Skyfire I have received numerous emails asking how to get Skyfire. Skyfire is in private beta right now, so the options on getting it are limited. Skyfire operates both on your device and on the Skyfire servers and that is one reason why it works so well, distributed browsing.

Day One With the Skyfire Browser
about 2 years ago - 13 comments
The more I use Skyfire the more I like it. I keep giving myself reasons to use it. Did you know it was Valentine’s Day? Yeah! So I used it to check movies on Yahoo’s Full Movie site instead of the mobile site. I also showed my brother his company’s website on the browser. And More >

The major players are on the stage now, with releases ’sometime soon’ for most, and the mobile community has only to wait to catch some browsing goodness.
SkyFire promises a mobile experience similar to the desktop, is light on the CPU as it renders on the server side. That is the downside though. Someone can easily More >

Long time contender Opera is setting to release Opera Mobile 9.5 which promises a slew of useful features. The video below is shown on a Pocket PC so no word on how it will look on the smartphone/windows mobile standard platform. Why is the comparison always Opera Mini? Why is it never Opera Mobile? I tried Opera Mini and found it to be shit, that’s why I use Opera Mobile. You may have to pay for it, but there’s just no comparison between it and Opera Mini.

Man hurry up and do your job otherwise I will no longer continue to support this website and will direct others from doing so as well…And don’t you dare say that its been a slow news day or week as there has been tons of things you could of reported to the loyal viewers of this website.

That’s a dick move man. If you don’t want to support AS that’s your choice, but you don’t have to sabotage it for everyone else by intentionally redirecting people.

TmoNews is a better source for news . I haven’t used their forums yet but I have used AS forums and its a great resource. They might as well kill off the blog and just have it direct to the forums.

I agree with lala. Most of the time the news is on the forums before it’s on the blog, but it seems some people are too oblivious to realize that. I mean, why learn for yourself on the forums when you can be spoon-fed on the main page without any effort?

Not important but I am lala. I can’t remember why I posted like that I might have been drunk when I used that name and earlier today I just didn’t change the prefilled box on my shadow.

Nice lol, you type drunk better than I do!

I get drunk not stupid lol (I’m aware how dumb that sounds). Talking and writing I am fine. It’s driving and eating I can’t do when drinking.
