Now that nearly everyone is feasting upon Cupcake, the Dev teams are working on Donut, which will be the next release of Android. The improvements featured center around the way we interact with applications and how applications interact with Android and Google services. In the picture above is the handwriting feature. While it won’t be as useful as Windows Mobile Handwriting Recognition it will speed up searching through lists. Above, drawing the letter ‘e’ on the screen begins filtering a list of songs. More >

You might be wondering where we’ve been in the last few days. We have been working behind the scenes bringing you more writers directly from the AllShadow Community. Over the course of the week you will be introduced to a piece from each of our new writers. Each has their own skill and passion when it comes to our community so expect good things to come.

It’s been great working with each and we’re all excited about this new direction for the AllShadow Community. We also have some guests writers not listed yet that are working hard to bring great content as well. Recently we also decided to begin covering T-Mobile’s Blackberry devices as well, which means we are now looking for Blackberry enthusiasts. If you have experience with Blackberry and want to help out the community send me a PM in the forums.
