MyTouch 3G Spotted!

Looks as though the MyTouch 3G may be right around the corner, as the user Crackbone over on AndroidForums managed to get a nice few pictures that he shipped off to TmoNews showing the device off with the beautiful T-mobile branding. Seems as though this particular devices was handed out by a Google Rep and not a T-Mobile Rep, Its just wishful thinking that it’ll be here by the end of June. Unfortunately you cant see the 5mp camera labeling on the back like you could with the FCC shots, but what is present is the “with Google” logo meaning that it will be full of Google goodies like its counterpart, the G1.

Bigfoot sighting!

This is supposedly the Android powered Samsung Bigfoot that BoyGenius says will be launching very soon for T-Mobile USA. This baby is packing a 3 megapixel camera, UMTS/HSDPA, features a 3.0” capacitive amoled touch screen, and one crazy color scheme. Most likely this device will also support GPS and Wifi, like any smartphone nowadays should. As if we didn’t have enough phones to pick from this summer, this device will definitely be worth a look. Lets hope the BoyGenius ninjas are accurate, because this phone looks like it could be a good addition the the T-Mobile smartphone community.

T-Mobile Touch Pro2 and Dash 3G Show Their Faces – Take AllShadow Design Cues

TMoNews got their hands on this nice, high quality promo pic of the T-Mobile Touch Pro2 and the T-Mobile Dash 3G. They’ve also confirmed the release dates for both devices – July 1st for the Dash 3G and July 22nd for the Touch Pro2.

The Dash 3G looks like it will be a good replacement for those owning the original Dash, though it has the looks of a “fun” Shadow replacement as well. Is it just me, or does the Dash 3G look like it take design cues from the red & black AllShadow.com theme?

The Touch Pro2, on the other hand, comes in a very unflattering brown “mocha” color that takes away from the nice and shiny high-quality look of the unlocked Touch Pro2. However, at the same time, it seems to look a bit more professional – targeting those business users that want something not outlandish but still packing some major power under the hood. Official specs on both devices are forthcoming, but expect them to drop soon.

MyTouch 3G to be released in June?

TmoNews.com just got a tip which they believe is 98% true that the upcoming T-Mobile Android device, the MyTouch 3G will be released sometime in June, rather than the later rumored date.
Their reasoning for being so sure this tip is true, the release of the iPhone 3GS and the Palm Pre.

T-Mobile seems to really be stepping up it’s game with all these new high end devices, and services. It would only make sense that they release one of their own “big” devices to compete with Apple and Palm. And lets hope (for our sake) that this is what T-Mobile does.
