You can subscribe to search terms and it will automatically create an ‘audio magazine’ for you that is automatically updated everytime you listen. There is a lot of commotion going around about the Nexus One. Who would have thought all those years ago that a search engine would be releasing their own phone? Chuong tells us it has passed through the FCC with support for T-Mobile’s 3G network and no sign of support for the AT&T bands so More >

Dom2684 has put together a concise tutorial in the Android Forums on how to create more ‘internal memory’ for Android Apps on your G1, myTouch and other Android phones. Basically it involves creating an ext2 partition on a memory card that tricks Android into thinking it has more internal memory. Unlike a certain iPhone 3G, More >

I was holding out for the MyTouch(or any next android device besides G1 made by HTC) but if info holds true (and the rest of the specs are as good) I think I’ve finally found the replacement for my tried and true original Shadow. Obscenely tiny odd number/shift keys be damned. Come on Samsung, build a solid brick no cheap plastic wanted this time.

My god that thing is hideous let’s hope it makes up for it with some good hardware

I just want a different color scheme. Obviously this is designed for teens.

@John
Your suggesting that all people 20+ don’t like vibrant colors?
I don’t think T-Mobile would let this out their doors without painting it brown or black first anyway.

is this the g1 v2??
about 9 months ago
Well I don’t understand why t-mobile thinks that teens like black and lime green so much because I’m a teen and those are about the too ugliest colors you could put together

couple questions
is this the g1v2?
does it have wifi?
how many megapixel on camera?
flash camera?
whats the price?

@josh
This phone is made by Samsung. The G1 was made by HTC, so I would expect the G1 V2 to be made by HTC also.
There is no official specs anywhere, but this is 2009 so I would expect it to have Wifi.
3.0 megapixel camera
Don’t know about flash or price tag

oh ok that confused me because for the longest time i thought the g1v2 was bigfoot
which one do you think looks better, the g1v2 or bigfoot (samsung)?
