More Android News, G2 Details to come this month

T-Mobile’s CTO Cole Brodman said in an interview with mocoNews that the next Android device would be a follow-up to the T-Mobile G1, and will be released early summer, also that details of the phone’s release would come later this month.

Broadman: “We remain very committed to the Android platform and are excited about taking this next step…We’ll have multiple new Android devices—from multiple partners—this year.”

mocoNews seems to believe that this new device will not be made by HTC, but rather Motorola or Samsung.

The New Windows Mobile Devices Coming to T-Mobile

Boy Genius Report just got a hold of a T-Mobile training schedule for the upcoming HTC Dash 3G, and the Touch Pro II. The training is starting June 16th and lasts until July 2nd. This should put the release date somewhere near mid to late July.

The decision of whether to go Android or Windows Mobile will most likely be decided with the release of these two devices. If your thinking about getting a new phone, and you can wait until mid July, then do.
