T-Mobile G2 to have 5MP
BGR is saying that the new G2 will release in July with a $179 price tag (with 2-yr agreement of course) and sport that 5 MP camera we talked about before. With a much sleeker design and no slide-out keyboard, the G2 fills in the gaps for T-Mobile customers that want something a bit more presentable.

The ‘G2′ is a definite step up in looks and hopefully features than the G1. Low internal memory is my main issue with the G1…not to mention how g’awful it looks. Ewww!!!
The G2 need to have at least 8GB built in memory but I guess it’ll have a microSD like the G1. The microSD card is useless if you can’t use it for the Marketplace apps.
Besides that….5MP w/ flash would be nice. And stop using so much plastic. Make the phone weighty.
