View Your Shadow at 800×600 Resolution
Apr 5th

Anyone hear of the REDFLY? It’s the mobile netbook-like device that lets you connect your Windows Mobile phone and have access to a huge screen, mouse pad, and full keyboard. Trouble is, the REDFLY costs $200-$300, and not many people see enough utility in the REDFLY to warrant spending that kind of money.
Good news though – Celio (maker of the REDFLY) has come out with a free emulation tool (that expires in 60 days) that lets you use your Shadow on your computer, meaning, you can use your keyboard, mouse, plus scale the display up to an insane 800×600. This really makes emailing and texting a breeze.
To get started, click onto the Celio website. Grab both the Mobile Viewer (for your computer) and the Phone Drivers for Windows Mobile 6 non-Touchscreen devices. Then, install the CAB on your Shadow, run the EXE on your computer. If you want to see a video of it in action, hit the jump. More >

dom2684 strikes again from the forums with a G1 App review of JJComics. If you have digital comics and want to take them with you then you should definitely give JJComics a download. Check out dom’s review here.
Do you have an app that the AllShadow community should know about? G1 or Windows Mobile tell us about it in the forums! The G1 Apps forum has an easy to use template. It takes less than five minutes to write a quick review for an app you want everyone to know about.
If you want to include screenshots read this short tutorial.
Charge Your Phone Over WiFi!
Apr 1st

The future is here, NOW! Perhaps you’ve read the reports on wireless energy transfer and wondered how long it would be before you could take advantage of this. Well today is the day. Anton Tomov has developed a super secret app that the battery and charger manufacturers don’t want you to know about. You can charge your phone via wifi. Similar to an RFID, this app enables your wifi antenna on your phone to transmogrify the power in the signals into usable power for your phone. You don’t need a charger anymore!
Hurry up and get it before the authorities have it pulled down! Get it here. There is a version for both touchscreen and non-touchscreen (Sorry Android)
Thanks ND4SPD and XDA

For many loyal T-Mobile customers and Touch screen fans this is great news knowing that T-Mobile is finally updating their Windows Mobile Professional offering.
