Have you been to the AS Wiki lately? Thanks to Jsmmcabe78 and many others the wiki has grown in size and is quickly becoming a formidable source of information on the Shadow. But it needs your help!

We know you might be hesitant on editing a wiki. Don’t worry about it! If you make a decent tutorial or how-to post in the forum than you are qualified to add to the wiki. There is a history option in the wiki so if a page gets screwed up we just roll it back. McCabe has put together a concise tutorial on editing a wiki to help get you started.

The wiki needs more information on the G1 and other T-Mobile Smartphones like the Dash and Wing. It can even contain information about rumored phones that might come to T-Mobile.

Our little community has grown! There are over 1500 pages in the Wiki now, including the popular pages about Applications, Themes, Upgrading ROMs, Games and Emulators. Take a part and add to the common body of knowledge. 

Editing the Wiki – AllShadow.com Wiki.

It has been about a month since the Shadow 2009 came out, and a good amount of you have already bought one. Those of you that have, help out your fellow AllShadow.com members with this poll. Also, step in and make a comment: do you advise people to jump to the new Shadow? Or should they wait for the next best thing from T-Mobile?

If you’re not on T-Mobile and thus cannot benefit from the subsidized carrier price for a new Shadow, you can still buy an unlocked Shadow 2009 and use any GSM network (like AT&T). eXpansys is having a sale on unlocked green mint Shadow 2009 at $449.99. Mmmm…minty goodness.

By now you must have heard about Windows Mobile 6.5, the new version due out in phones in the Fall of 2009. If you haven’t, check out the WinMo 6.5 Guide over at our sister site, pocketnow.com.

Naturally, there is some chatter in the forums from people wondering if 6.5 will be issued for the Shadow 2009. I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I can say with 90% certainty that the answer is “no.” Also, it is not likely that even with a cooked ROM, you will be able to get 6.5 on the Shadow.
