who cares about the stupid G1. its cheap and useless. stop putting this G1 garbage on the allshadow website!

We have a lot of G1 users at AllShadow, so we want to be sure we give them same level of interesting content that we do for the Shadow owners =D.

@ Tony - g1 useless? The g1 is probably by far the best phone that tmo carries. It kills the shadow. Slaughters it actually. And the shadow 2? What a dissapointment, sure the shadow 1 and 2 are great if you want a low res super slow smart phone. The g1 represents more than a phone. It is all about the o/s which is fantastic. You know how the shadow freezes and you have to do a force re-start by taking the battery out? Never has to do that with the g1. Stop hating, save your money and pick one of these bad boys up.

lets not fight people, we are entitled to whatever phone we like, i don’t buy a phone because of what other people say about it, thats not the case. tmobile has been bringing out some good phones lately, i don’t know how many times i upgraded, lol, i upgraded to the behold in dec 08, and i am about to upgrade to the shadow 2 come later this month, i was a shadow original owner and i am gonna get the shadow 2, reason is because it is small and sleeker than the g1 which i prefer because i don’t like bulky phones, it look like the sidekick almost when you flip open the screen which makes the g1 look like a sidekick in a way, and thats another thing i didn’t like about the g1, it shouldve been all touch, the screen is very large for a on screen keyboard anyway, the phone wouldve been more thinner if it wasn’t for that keyboard under the screen, but i am not bashing the g1, thats just a reason why i didn’t get it, but yeah like i said tmobile has been bringing out some good phones and i can’t wait to see what the near future has to offer

Man, why are ppl bashin the G1? It has so many possibilities. So what its big and bulky, the razr2 is thicker than the first one and look at the B-Berry storm! For a touch screen that one sure has some weight to it! Man google is doin some big things for this phone, and you gotta think this phone is the birth of the OHA, and cell phone manufaturers are dying to get in on the action, why do you think sony ericsson is back with T-dash, because they are part of the OHA now. Even the dreaded verizon wirless is tryin to get in on the action. Back to the situation at hand though, the G1 is a very powerful phone and I am a previous shadow user, and yes I still love the shadow, im really psyched about the new one, especially cause they have it in my two favorite colors, red and black (giggidy!). now I will be getting the shadow, cause im I’m part of the allshadow fan nation (YEAH!!!!). But I will be sticking with my G1 cause I wanna see what the future holds for this phone, and the OS. Now lets let’s talk about that samsung memoir…..

another thing, i would rather have the storm over the g1 any day FYI, that phone is smaller than the g1 yet still has a big screen

How many times since you have owned the shadow have you clicked on the windows update and actually got one? Lol I bought the shadow when it first came out and still to this day not 1 bug fix or update from windows and it is full of bugs and crashs/freezes all the time. The storm is week rim o/s is wack and very unmodable. I love the onboard full qwerty keyboard.. Not to mention all the apps in the market place for free. I still play with my shadow from time to time -flashed 6.1 rom with the diamond theme with the weather but come on. it can’t run skyfire because the processor 201m is so dog slow. I might get the shadow 2 for my wife however since my shadow 1 is kinda beat up.

I tried this browser when it. First came out and it was lacking. A lot of stuff, but since you posted this I tried it out again and this updated version is great. Love the use of the accelerometer. It still needs some improvements but I’m keeping it.
