Who Else Wants an Aluminum Shadow Case?

David R. wrote in to tell us about this Aluminum Hard Case for the Shadow from Orion Gadgets for a smokin’ deal of about $21 (as of this writing). He received his today and says it even has a screen protector built in but the downside is that you have to flip the front open to slide open the phone. This might not be so bad for a few people. For example, if you use a Bluetooth headset and mostly call your Faves it won’t be a bother, or if you’re like me and the Shadow slides open all the time and calls the wrong people :D You can get your one-click shopping on for this aluminum T-Mobile Shadow case or look at a few more pictures after clicking more.

I like how it’s pimping the HTC Home screen we told you about. The hinge action doesn’t look too bad. But if that scares you away you can always go for the Hard Rubberized Case.

Hooray for belt clips! I like these so much that I just want mention it as a selling point. The can be very handy and the tiny knob is barely noticeable. In case you missed the link earlier you can get the case here for about $21.

I’ve had one of these cases for my previous SideKick 3 and it made the phone even more bulkier than it before. Despite that, the case is amazing. It REALLY protects your phone well. No drop will harm your phone when its in this case.

will this case be able to work with the newer battery issued by t mobile? or are we screwed because we got the new battery?

With the the new battery you’re going to be limited to the softer type cases that have a little give. Hard plastic or metal cases are made to the specific size of the phones they are made for, unless they are otherwise labeled, they will only be for the original OEM phone and battery

I bought a similar case on ebay, plastic clear with screen protector for $10 and it slides open without removing anything.

The case will not work with the new battery, not many do.
its the diamond theme, just search diamond in the themes forum and youll get a ton of work thats been done on it.
