Get an Extended Battery from T-Mobile

Edit: The Shadow will fit in the case with BOTH of the Extended Batteries.

First off, if you haven’t bought a Shadow yet make sure you get one in the White Packaging. It has two batteries in it. The standard OEM battery that everyone else has and the new Extended OEM battery.

Okay now for more battery goodness… Starting on Monday, T-Mobile customers can call into Customer Care and order a new Extended Battery (thanks tmonews.com). Supposedly it’s free of charge, which would be a gesture towards customers.

Here is the battery lineup. Starting at the left we have the standard OEM battery with 920mah. In the middle, the new Extended OEM battery from HTC, with a much healthier 1350mah. On the right weighing in at a hefty 2200mah is our BoxWave Electraspan battery we did a full review on. If you want a full 2200mah of power for nearly 3 times the useage then you can order the BoxWave Electraspan here.Keep reading for more Shadow battery pictures and comparisons.

Here is a height comparison with the Standard on the left, the New Extended in the Middle and the BoxWave on the right.

These are the battery covers, respectfully.

The Shadow with the original battery.

The Shadow with the New Extended HTC Battery.

The Shadow with the BoxWave battery.

July 26, 2008

as usual, Allshadow has the best info. as a customer service rep for tmo, I can verify this is correct. the one bad thing? tmo employees cannot get it yet! wah! it does come with a back cover so that is good news and provides approximately fifty percent more life. I look forward to getting your calls on monday!

Zack
July 26, 2008

Hey I was gonna get it cuz it’s free but for this website I always look at the product before I get it so i looked and I would get it but that is stupid because one reason I got this phone is because it’s so slim and cool lookin but with those batteries in it, it makes the phone look ugly and fat. If they could make a battery like that without it being so fat I would buy it no matter what the price as long as it’s under $50, but those batteries just make the phone look ugly. And besides with those batteries in the phone it would probly make the phone not able to fit in the standard case and I use the case everyday like all day and those are the only reasons I wouldn’t get them. I am really mad because I really wanted the batteries but now I don’t because it’s just too ugly!

Thanks for the tip for the FREE battery. I’ll call on Monday. This upgrade to solve battery life is making the iPhone-3G look a lot better… Lets see Apple speeded up the iPhone and kept the slim shape. So far not a lot of iPhone3G users complaining that their speedy iPhones are dying fast…

Did Tmobile forget the FORM & function are IN-fashion??? Have that many Shadow users been complaining to Tmo for them to create the 3rd version of a hefty battery for the Shadow? If I use this battery on my mobile, my friends are going to say WTF is that??!! This will be my in-the-closet battery…

July 27, 2008

the new extended battery looks good, its just slightly bigger but it’s not a big deal, while the boxwave battery makes my shadow look like it has a tumor haha

Vlad
July 27, 2008

That sounds great! But does it get shipped to you? Is the shipping free?

Tim
July 27, 2008

ShadowFan2008 stated:

“I use this battery on my mobile, my friends are going to say WTF is that??!!”

What is this, high school? To think about and make choices based on what your friends will think or say. Too funny. Maybe I’m just too old.

manny r
July 27, 2008

thanks shadow mike as for the shipping the shipping will be free for the 7 day delivery for the 3 day one it would cost 15 dollars

keith
July 27, 2008

so what your saying that since I already have the shadow I get the battery for free? or is that just for people who up grade now to the shadow? im confused!

manny r
July 27, 2008

its an upgrade for the battery of the shadow you don’t have to buy the shadow again just to get the new battery. that would be stupid.

keith
July 27, 2008

i understand that its an upgraded battery! and I know you don’t have to re buy the shadow! my question was how do I obtain this new battery? or is it only available free to persons who up grade to the shadow now? if so, how much is it to existing shadow owners?

manny r
July 27, 2008

all you have to do is call tmobile on monday and tell them you want the battery and you have the shadow and they will ship it to you.

keith
July 27, 2008

I already use the extended battery by HTC and it works great! I got it in advance of the public through a promo with HTC and I am finally able to use my Shadow all day without a recharge. Best part is, it fits in the OEM case with no problem!

Cheers!

does it have to be monday, or can you call then on tuesday or any other weekday?

Mike Benton
July 28, 2008

You can start calling them on Monday. I’m sure it’s safe to say the battery will be available for the foreseeable future.

JungleBoogieMonster
July 28, 2008

It’s finally Monday, has anyone called yet?

Mark
July 28, 2008

I was just on the phone with T mobile, they cannot place the order as of yet but they are in stock and will be free. The service rep was very surprised that anyone knew about it being available. She mentioned something about a text message going out to shadow owners.

I just got off the phone with TMo. According to them the replacement battery isnt in the system yet. I have to call back again in an hour or so to check on it. Course this was what I was told after being transferred to 5 different people…. If you do call them, when asked where you want to go, tell them “PDA”.

buffawhat
July 28, 2008

I called them up and like the above comments, they told me the form wasn’t fully worked out to send the battery from PDA support. However, they worked out a solution and sent me to accessories, put a temp charge on my account for the battery+shipping and PDA support will credit it after. I should get the battery soon.

Normally it is a risk to allow cell phone companies to put temporary charges on your account, but I’ve done this with T-Mobile before and they always credit me.

my suggestion, however, is to wait a day so you can avoid this little hassle.

Nick M
July 28, 2008

I called as well and they seemed to be slightly lost with the whole situation. They are giving me a call back later when they get the form up and running. I think it is best if people wait a couple of days so they can work things out. I wish t-mobile would have worked it all out before offering this though, but, if it is as good as they say it is the wait may be worth it.

July 28, 2008

I called Tmobile and they seemed to be lost with the whole battery situation. They are giving me a call back later also;

Mick
July 28, 2008

As of this morning, the T-Mobile order entry database was not connected to the Customer Service Dept. (so they said), so they were not able to send out my new battery yet. T-Mobile requested that I call back later to place my order for the new replacement battery. We’ll see!

Robert
July 28, 2008

I just called T-Mobile and they said that customer care would be able to start issuing the batteries (and back covers) at 5pm EST/2pm PST. The lady was real polite and when she couldn’t find it in the system she called her supervisor and was told they would be in the system by 5pm EST/2pm PST. So everyone just wait and call later this afternoon.

sjsmr2
July 28, 2008

Called Customer Care at 9am and they said it was not in the system yet. They just called me back at 10am and told me my extended battery will be here before the end of the week.

July 28, 2008

I just got off the phone with Sarah in Customer Care. She was extremely helpful and said that my new free battery and back cover will be here no later than August 6th.

July 28, 2008

Just called. they told me since I bought the phone in November of 07 and the existing battery has only a 3 month warranty, I dont qualify for a new battery. They would not provide me a free battery and told me I had to pay for it.

Alex
July 28, 2008

I have t-mobile pre-paid and i’m getting dicked around. They said they’ll credit my account if I buy it from HTC, but HTC doesnt have it?? :S

Taps
July 28, 2008

I bought my phone right after they first came out. And my battery doesn’t qualify for the warranty either.

But I just got vm from Jessica in customer service saying my battery was being shipped UPS ground.

Sowe will see what happens.

Kalvindawg
July 28, 2008

Just got off the phone with t-mobile. I got the run around and was told that since I got my phone in November I was not eligable, but that I could call HTC. So I was transferred to HTC and they told me I had to front $30 then they would send me a new original battery and I would have to send them my old one back. They have nothing to do with the T-mobile and sending the free battery. So, I called T-mobile back ready to own somebody cause this has cost me almost an hour in wait times…..So a very polite Amanda gets on the phone and tells me that T-mobile has just decided to extend the offer to those that bought thier phones when they just came out, covering the warranty for a full 12 months instead of 3. SOOO, I have a new battery coming my way. I highly suggest every shadow owner calls, I am very happy with the way I was just treated.

Mark
July 28, 2008

Just wanted to follow up. Recieved a call back from T mobile to confirm my battery was ordered and should arrive in 5 to 7 business days.

Smevawala
July 28, 2008

Just call tmobile and ask for customer service and tell them that u were informed that they are giving free extended batteries for the tmobile shadow. I had no problems and they even let u keep ur old slim battery so there is no risk in calling them. Shipping is free, no extending of commitment, and no charge what so ever. Took me less than 7 minutes.

John
July 28, 2008

Just got off the phone with TMo. They are shipping me the battery with shipping free of charge as well. But, I was told that I will need to ship them back the original battery. Instructions will be in the shipped package. Did anyone else get that?

Smevawala
July 28, 2008

@John
I think u r still in the 3 month warranty and they r just sending u a regular replacement battery. U need the tell the guy that u heard about tmobile sending out free extended batteries so they could inquire and find out. Since the deal just started today, most people at customer service do not know about it. My guy did not until i told him. Just call again.

Army Specialist
July 28, 2008

just got off the phone with Tmo, and the guy started talking about how they will need to troubleshoot the phone before they can send me a new battery. I would have had no problem with this except that i can’t a personal phone where i work. anyone else get the troubleshooting response?

rocko.Deville
July 28, 2008

I just got off the phone with Tmobile,
and in less than 5 minutes the representative
sent me my new battery. he said nothing about
sending the old one back! hooray! one step further

Nick M
July 28, 2008

i got the troubleshooting thing too because the lady i talked to didnt understand what i was asking her for. When i retold her what i wanted she said they would call me back. I called them back about 30 minutes ago and they told me the order was already placed and it was on its way. I asked if i would have to send back my original battery and they said that it wasnt necessary and there would also be free shipping.

July 28, 2008

I called T Mobile today and they were very professional about the whole thing. i was on the phone for 10 minutes and i should have my battery and door in 7 working days.

keith
July 28, 2008

damn it! I can’t get it today cause my wife is at work and she’s the authorized account holder and t mo won’t send it unless my wife activates me as a authorized user or if she calls and requests the battery!

thanks shadow mike! this website rules!

July 28, 2008

Yupp, I went ahead and called them.

Went to the Handset accessories department.
Told them I would like the extended battery for the Shadow.

and the lady said it’ll be here in 7 days.
Pretty simple.

keith
July 28, 2008

did you all call on your current handsets or did you all have to call them back with the info on the back of the phone?

Robert
July 28, 2008

Just a heads up to all sage shadow users, the cover for the extended battery is only in copper. I was a bit disappointed as I own a sage, but I figure its just the battery cover so I can live (considering its free, and T-Mobile didn’t have to do this! Also got a new shadow on its way to me, but thats a different story….

July 28, 2008

What number are the successful people calling?

July 28, 2008

877-453-1304, say english, the phone number of ur shadow, the last 4 digits of the primary account’s social security, and ask to go to customer service. (the order might be messed up)

July 28, 2008

I just called and the rep didn’t seem to have knowledge about the new extended battery but after he went and asked someone, he was put up to speed. I was told I should get the new battery by the end of the week, Aug. 1st. Also, the rep told me that I needed to do a software upgrade for the phone to recognize the new battery. He told me to go to http://www.t-mobileshadow.com to get it done but I was just there and it’s the same ol update they gave out a long time ago so i’m assuming no update should be needed for the extended battery. I’ve always been happy with tmobile’s customer support and the rep. i spoke to was very nice and helpful. Can’t wait to get that new battery in.

martin
July 28, 2008

@Robert..

are you sure?
Cause the lady said I’m getting the sage battery cover.

July 28, 2008

Thanks for the tip. I just got off the phone with an agent from the PDA support division who processes my order for the free battery with free shipping. I already enjoy my Shadow quite a bit, I look forward to finally getting a full day’s use out of it without a recharge or battery swap somewhere in the middle.

miguel
July 28, 2008

called this morning and got the same story as above cnoncerning calling back or that they would place the order for me wed and text when the order was complete.

in fear of having to have the battery back ordered i called again this evening. This rep stated the battery does not come with the cover and that it was not an extended life battery.

July 28, 2008

Called the above 877 number and said customer service for the recording. Ended up in the PDA department, got a helpful rep that read from a prepared statement about the free extended battery. The have both sage and copper and for free it will come ups ground 5-7 business days. Thank you allshadow.com!!

July 28, 2008

I was on the phone for about 12 minutes, at first with the PDA technical issues in Houston Texas; then I was transferred to Customer Care in Lubbock Texas I believe.

The PDA Dept had no idea about the battery and was ready & willing to send me a replacement STANDARD battery after checking my warranty status.

Customer Care didn’t know what I was talking about either, I even directed them here! She looked through her “morning announcements,” and sure enough! There it was along with instructions on how to do it!

Mine is in the mail, I used the 877 number. The only non-standard script I encountered was the guy asked me to read the model # off the battery, he said as long as it started with “K” it was good to get the extended one. I asked about sage/copper and he checked and said I would be receiving a sage one to match my phone.

July 28, 2008

I just got off the phone with Tmobile and they are sending a new battery to me free of charge and I keep the old battery

Mike C
July 28, 2008

I just called them up and will be awaiting their call back tomorrow. I told him that I read about the free replacement battery online, and he followed up saying that he did see some news about it. He looked around and found the info, and read it to me. Then he put me on hold while he tried to figure out how to order it, but it still was not in the system yet.

He did ask if I was having any issues with it, and I simply said that I have had the battery warning pop up around 9pm a few times. It all depends on how much I use it each day. Often times I will browse the internet on it for 10-15 minutes while on lunch, and its set to receive email every 10 minutes as well. Most of the time I don’t use my phone to much, but I still have to make sure I charge it every night before I go to bed.

Carlos Estremera
July 29, 2008

I called at yesterday at around 2:40 PM EST…
(Make sure you ask to speak with T-Mobile Shadow Customer Care)
They tried giving me the workaround…asking me when I got the phone, how long I had problems…
I told them I was told that T-Mobile is giving away the Extended free for existing Shadow users…
They told me they wanted to make sure I didn’t have the extended already…I argued with them that no I had the 920 mAh and I wanted the new extended…
They finally decided to send me it…
I had to go through the agreement that states I have to send in the old battery, but the Rep told me I can ignore that part, I don’t have to send in the old battery.
Shipping is free for UPS Ground…(5-7 business days)
about $15 for express (billed to your account)

Just tell them you heard you were entitled - do not settle for a no…you have your right!

July 29, 2008

just got off the phone with TMo: initially, she didn’t understand and began troubleshooting as if my battery had a problem, then i explained what i read on this site and that the Samsung Blackjack had the same issue and if AT&T solved the problem with a free battery, i was sure that TMo would certainly out do them by providing an free extended battery. She put me on hold for 2mins and when she came back, she told me i should be receiving the extended battery in 7days at no cost. Thanks, Allshadow!

John
July 29, 2008

I can’t believe I’m stuck with T-Mobile for another 18 months thanks to this stupid phone. I’ve never had this many problems with a phone, and I’ve never had this kind of consistently bad treatment from a wireless carrier.

I just got hung up on twice (accidentally) by people trying to figure out this free battery situation. I was eventually told by the PDA dept that my phone is more than 3 months old, so I don’t qualify. I was forwarded to HTC and told the same: “Front $30 + s&h and we’ll refund it” nonsense.

What is going on over at T-Mobile that everyone who calls gets a different answer?

cisco
July 29, 2008

had to call twice, called the 877 number posted above the second time. dont say you are having battery issues. you just heard that they are sending out replacement batteries that are bigger than the original for free. if they say you are not eligible, call back again.

July 29, 2008

I called back today and got a much friendlier rep. that spoke better english and said my copper cover is being sent, and a sage is now on its way too. I have to send the copper battery back when I get it (return to sender). I am also getting a new Sage Shadow to fix some other problems I have been having. This whole thing has renewed my faith in T-Mobile. My parents had MotoQs with Alltel and had more problems than I have had and couldn’t get any help from Alltel. At least T-Mobile cares!!!

Tyler
July 29, 2008

Yea, I don’t understand why some people are having issues. I called yesterday from my handset and granted I got transferred three times but, I then knew I was in the right spot and the rep I spoke to was honest and said “you are the first one of these I have had to do” but she got everything squared away and it’s being shipped. I swear, I have never had a problem with T-Mobile.

July 29, 2008

AQ and cory10,

Try calling them again to the 877 number and tell them that you were calling in regards to the extended battery for the T-Mobile Shadow, that you read about it online. They should know what you are talking about, if not, they should be able to look it up. It might take them a few minutes to find it, but they know about it. And NO, it’s not just for people who are upgrading.

LOL!! called back, called the 877 number posted above the chick then transferred me over to PDA support and the guy did some troubleshooting (asked me for the model no on my battery) and said he would send it out and I should get it within 7 business days.

FWIW my wife, the primary account holder/bill payer got a text msg as described above “thanks for upgrading you will be charged $0…”

So check with who ever the bill comes to in your house.

Use mobile number as reference number and enter country and zip code to track the shipment…
917-555-5555…as reference number NOT tracking…

Just to reiterate what I wrote previously for those still struggling to get T-Mobile to cooperate:

——————————————–

——————————————–

By the way - I made the request on 7/28 for ground shipping and per UPS I should be getting it on 7/31 (3 business days)…I recommend the free shipping option and not express.

I just got off the phone with t-mobile. This website is so awesome. It took a while and I had to be pretty insistant but she finally found out what I was talikng about. Its being shipped right now. I was almost ready to buy a new phone and then I found all the cool stuff you can do with the shadow on this website. Especially the NES emulator and the Vtap Videos

okay, it looks like most of you are getting your batteries. this is good. a few pointers from customer service: the reference number to track your package at ups.com is your phone number with dashes. click on tracking tab, then track by reference number. this is true for all orders that tmo sends out by ups. the mention of the free battery for shadow users (if you need to direct your csr) is on STREAMLINE, front page, under equipment news. if they cannot find that, direct them to the CIHU (customer initiated handset upgrade) form. it’s the third option on the form after they put in your phone number and click on the next two radio buttons. do not allow the csr to do troubleshooting as this is unnecessary and a waste of your time, their time and company time. you’ll know if they are attempting to do troubleshooting because they will want to get you off of your shadow while talking to them and will want to call you back on another line. keep in mind that the person you get may still be in training, so be patient with them. next, the extended life battery is available to everyone, regardless of how long you have had your phone/battery. it is completely free of charge. all orders placed after this past monday for new shadows will automatically include a regular and extended life battery in the box. you are allowed to pick sage or copper for color choice. you do not need to call a special number; just call 611 or 18009378997 as normal. you do not need to ask for technical care or pda departments, as customer care can and should handle the call. in fact if you ask for pda or technical care they will try to troubleshoot your phone, as that is what they are trained to do. there is no need for them to check to see if the warranty on the battery is still good, as this is a step in replacing the existing regular life battery, not sending the extended life battery. I apologize to all of you who have had problems, and hope this inside info helps you to not be frustrated and get your new batteries sooner. oh yeah, htc is not providing this battery; if you are told you are being transferred to them then your csr is not doing their job and paying attention to their daily news updates. happy calling to you all!

so i tried again today, and to talked to a randy with the PDA Dept, and he knew exactly what i was talking about and actually had my order done before i could quit complaining about the current battery. This guy was extremely professional and helped me with no problem. Thanks for allshadow.com!!

Thanks livndeadgrl I just called tmo and was transferred to pda. Batteries for both my phones are on the way. They knew exactly what I was talking about. They did say I will have to do a software upgrade to get the most out of the battery.

How would a T-Mobile To Go (prepaid) user go about getting a battery? Every time I call I can go to account maintenance or refill my account.

okay, I have a correction or two to make: I am at work now and looked up the shadow extended life battery in STREAMLINE, and could not find it at first. the only way for a csr to find the info now is to use the news search function and look up keywords “extended life battery shadow” and it will pop up the appropriate article. they need to click on the link on the right side of the popup screen under related links and go through the steps there. they will need to get you off of your shadow if you are calling them on it, in order to check your battery type. each customer is only entitled to one free extended life battery, the software update is located at tmobileshadow.com. it is recommended that you do the upgrade again even if you have already done it before to reset the memory settings in the phone for the battery. you will need to tell the csr that the current battery that you own does not provide sufficient life before draining be aware that the csr will have to check to make sure you are currently using a shadow, and our records search is typically two to three days behind reality. so, if you are currently using a phone other than a shadow, you will need to put your sim card back in your shadow and Wait three days before calling to allow your information to appear in our system. no, you do not have to purchase your shadow from tmo in order to get the free battery. happy calling!

I have never, ever before had a problem with T.Mobile…I’ve been with them since the VoiceStream days and service has been great overall….

This was hell on earth

46 minutes, from when I called, to when I got battery for 1 of the 2 Shadows on my family plan.

Had to speak to a total of 5 reps. Usually, the Nokes-trained army of reps is top-notch, to the point where I’ll jump on anyone who dare talk poorly of t.mo support…. The first rep was great, nice, polite..etc.. the next 3 weren’t anything to write home about, but the 5th one that actually solved the problem was worse/slower/more clueless in general than any Dell agent I’ve had to speak with.
As much as I tried to politely explain, they forced me to turn the phone off, take the battery out, had me do some jumping jacks…etc. Then they asked for the IMEI to confirm that it’s under warranty… I gave that for the one I’m on but the other one is in Virginia with a family member so I didn’t have it..and they couldn’t look it up..fair enough.

After a ton of explaining and re-explaining they finally agreed to send the battery out for 1 of my Shadows…and I’ll need to call in again for the 2nd one.

I just wish they didn’t treat me like I’m trying to pull a fast one….

Yahoo!

After 2 times, I called the 3rd time.

I called them again this afternoon, told the rep to check “streamline” and she found it. For some reason she was not able to do it for me, so transfered me to PDA/Black Berry Dept. She was able to complete the order for both of my Phones.

Thanks for the help Guys and AllShadow.com

Guess I was one of the lucky ones. Was on the phone with a rep for about 10 minutes and didn’t even realize that much time went by. He did want me to call him back on another phone at first, but I told him I could see the battery model info just by taking off the cover and I gave it to him. KII0160 is what you say if/when they ask you. No imei bs, no returning the current battery (why the hell would they want this crappy thing anyway? lol) He got my battery and cover on its way with what he said would be within 7 days (my replacement shadow was sent ground and got here in like 3! I was shocked!) Now I’m just waiting on the confirmation text. I hope with this battery I can actually have fun with my phone instead of worrying if what I’m doing will kill it within the next few hours. And at least I’ll have two batteries!

*Sent from my Shadow, lol

they’ll most likely look at your account and see which one you have and send you the correct cover. I didn’t get asked either, but I got copper anyway.

And I forgot to thank this website. Without this article I wouldn’t have known anything about any free batteries, and I desperately needed one! Thanks!

July 30, 2008

On my second try I reached the PDA support line (about 6pm CDT Wednesday), and the agent there told me that they would be sending the new batteries to ALL shadow owners automatically, without placing an order. Sounds like BS to me, but the rep seemed knowledgeable. He confirmed that I have a shadow on my account, and said I should be receiving a battery at some point. Anybody else getting that story?

July 31, 2008

FYI - for those attempting to track their shipments, while the Tmo rep and the automated line both stated that my package was sent by UPS, I had to figure out myself that it was actually sent via the US Postal Service. Not a big deal, and I’ll get it in the same amount of time, but if anyone is given a straight 20-digit tracking number, then it was most likely sent via the USPS and not UPS.

I see that my blog post was tracked back… nice.

Anwyay, I called monday, and got hung up on. :(

I called today, and almost let the Rep transfer me to “accessories” but mentioned that I didn’t want to buy one, and that she should look in “Streamline”.

She found it, but said that since I needed to be a customer for 30 days in order to get the battery.

WTF? I might not keep this phone for the 20 days — since they bothered to send me the phone with the old battery, and I *just* got it. Grr…

I called today and got it ordered!! Called the 1-800-937-8997 customer support line, when the prompt asks “What can I help you with today?” Say “PDA Support” and you’ll get directed RIGHT to the people. It took 10 minutes because the lady’s computer was running really slow and couldn’t pull up my phone history. But the order went through without a problem

July 31, 2008

okay folks, here we go: when the csr looks up your information in the system, they should be able to see what color phone you have, so it should not be an issue to get the right color cover. when you call in, you should not get transferred to any department at all, especially accessories. the csr who wants to transfer you is unaware of the situation and how to order the battery. please inform them of the streamline steps. next, as for prepaid I dont have a clue how that would be handled because I handle postpaid accounts, I’m so sorry. third, the person who was referred to the store, I am sorry to say I dont think you are going to get your battery and cover, because I dont think the stores have them in stock. again, I apologize. I could be wrong, but the only method of getting them to customers mentioned in the online resources is thru customer care sending them from the national warehouse. it is entirely possible that we are now sending them via usps instead of ups now. we typically do ship batteries that way. PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR “PDA”. as I explained before, that department is trained in troubleshooting. the proper department is just plain customer service. we are trained in doing the orders. for the person who was told you had to be a customer thirty days, I apologize, that csr should have gone to a supervisor to get an override on the order to get the battery to you. please call back and try again. Mistershhh, please call back also and get the csr to order the battery for you as there is nothing in our online resources to indicate we are sending this battery out to everyone automatically. I would hate to see you wait for a battery that is not going to come. Pavan, it makes me really sad that you went thru an experience like that. my best guess is that you got someone in training to explain your difficulties. unfortunately, we all have to start somewhere. definitely make sure you get the battery for the other phone as well. persistence pays. they should not need you to provide the IMEI for the other phone. the number is in the system already, and all they have to do is look in the profile tab of your account for that phone line and its at the bottom of the screen. I think that about covers all the things that have happened since my last post, so enjoy your new batteries, everyone. happy surfing!
