This program is pretty cool. However, it does not work with facade home screen, but that doesn’t bother me too much.

So i’m guessing this isn’t for the Neo layout?

is there an easier way to find a contact for texting? I hate having to type in the contact everytime.

Yea it does work on my neo screen but it works on my homeboys dash!!! this sucks!!!

is there an easier way to find an entry for writing a text?
I hate having to type out the name.

There are several ways to find a contact for texting. THis is what I do. From the homescreen, I start pressing the first few letters of the contacts name and a list pops up. Select the contact and you will be given some choices, one of them is Send Text Message, choose that. A blank SMS is opened with their contact information already filled out. Simply type your text and send!

Where do install the file after i download it? I have it on my laptop but not sure what files to put where on my phone.

Sync your Shadow and transfer the file to your Shadow. Then on your Shadow go to Start > File Explorer > find the file and run it, it will install and ask you to Confirm, say Yes.

i used this program. it doesnt really work when the phone i slocked because the menu buttons say save as read or dismiss, then the phone goes back to lock position the phone has to be open and unlocked to access the menu. i also noticed my battery was considerably lower at the end of the day so i uninstalled it
May 18th, 2008 at 10:00 am
Ok, I take it back, it does work with facade. I just assumed it didn’t because when I installed it, it asked me to change my homescreen because it was not compatible. Then I changed it and then changed it back to facade and it works fine

How do I un-install this proram completely? I agree with nawarkk it is a cool program, but kinda useless if you have the slide lock active on your phone
May 19th, 2008 at 2:09 pm
do you have to have extreme text inorder to have this work?
May 19th, 2008 at 3:21 pm
no, you do not need extreme text for this, because I dont have extreme text and it works for me
May 19th, 2008 at 8:29 pm
hold on! what do you mean you dont need extreme text to get the lil bubble thing? cuz i dont really want extrem text but i do want the bubble alerts! how you do it?
May 20th, 2008 at 2:02 pm
i have the same problem, the only options for my bubble are saveread and dismiss. Can this be fixed, and if not, how do you uniinstall it?
May 20th, 2008 at 5:45 pm
I mean just click where it says “right here” to download and add the cab to your phone and then install it. The post only says that adding extreme text will put you in text messaging heaven. So you do NOT need extreme text for the bubbles to work, as I said earlier I have the bubbles and NOT extreme text.
And to remove the program, I believe you just go to the second page of the settings and go to “remove programs” and then click on the bubbles program and it should uninstall
May 20th, 2008 at 10:49 pm
No you dont need Extreme Text. That is a separate program. The SaveRead and Dismiss only show up if the phone ia locked. If you turn off autolock then you will see the Menu option.

i immediately regret putting this bs on my phone. freezes and lags the phone even when it is the only app running. does not work well with the auto-lock feature on the shadow. however it is useful if youre intensely texting so you can see what someone is sending while you re doing something else like surfing or typing up a text. i give it a c-.

Jay, touqouldby happen to be running smarttoolkit as well?
June 17th, 2008 at 6:58 pm
does it come with the screen anybody!!!!
July 5th, 2008 at 10:55 pm
It works fine for me, however it would be nice if it showed multiple texts on separate lines instead of telling you “you have 2 new messages” because if you text a lot that defeats the purpose. It doesn’t show you the actual message on the home screen when you have more than 1 new message. If someone can change that, that would be amazing!!
