In the past we’ve shown you ways to stream music and radio, make off with your favorite pod casts, sync with Windows Media Player and now we’d like to show you how you can take millions of songs and thousands of artists with you. Rhapsody To Go costs less than $15/month, allows you to download whatever you want, as much as you want and sync it to your Shadow and take it with you. Read on to see exactly how easy life is with Rhapsody To Go.

Setting up, authorizing and syncing to your Shadow and Storage Card is as easy as opening Rhapsody when synced. The program will scan both the Shadow’s main memory and storage card for music and you will have an option to authorize them to store your downloaded songs. I suggest using just the Storage Card as you will get more room for your favorites tunes.

You can even create playlists that automatically sync with your Shadow whenever connected. This makes having to remember to press the Sync not a problem.

You can add one or many playlists to maintain on your Windows Mobile device. The Shadow smartphone makes a great multimedia device and Rhapsody takes it that much further. You can even sync photos and videos from your PC as well.

The Rhapsody music server is quick and download speeds are only limited by your connection. The great thing about Rhapsody is even if you end up not liking the service you can still use the software to manage your PC’s music and sync to the Shadow.
Not everything in the world is perfect, yet. One thing I hope Rhapsody comes out with is a mobile client to free us from the bounds of a PC. Besides that, the software and service are very easy to use. On the chance that you find yourself using a PC away from home and want to listen to some more tunes you can login through your browser and stream music on demand. There are millions of songs and thousands of artists. The syncing is simple and satisfying. I listen to new music everyday and most of the time I find something new that I like. If you want to find out for yourself there is a 14 day free trial available.
I give it 4.5 Shadows

lol, I suppose it does. Oh well. So far the only time I’ve had trouble with Rhapsody is if I go a few weeks without syncing my Shadow. Then the licenses expire but that’s only been on once occassion and it was extreme at that.

I’ve been using a Sansa e280r for about 2 years now with the unlimited plan. Once you start using the unlimited plan, you’ll never go back to purchasing music the old way.
Its amazing that you can now use this service on a Shadow.
Wait till Apple gets wind of this. They already want to start a unlimited subscription service to compete with Rhapsody.
