Even Cheaper: Black Rubberized Shadow Case

Back in April, we posted about a really inexpensive rubberized case for the Shadow selling for $5.39. About a week later, Mike reviewed the case, and found it to be a fantastic value.

I just checked up on the case on Amazon.com, and found the price to decrease another 50% to $2.68! At this price, you could get 12 for $32 and have a fresh case for each month of the year =).

Damn I just picked up a faux-carbon-fiber plastic case from a kiosk in the mall here (valley fair in San Jose, CA) and paid $15 AFTER bargaining the man down. At least it looks spiffy.

just purchased mine on thursday when i saw the price drop! i’m hoping that it would come in today.

Ordered me a second one when I seen the price drop, for a backup. I recieved it in the mail today and to me it doesn’t quiet feel the same as the first one I ordered. I think its a different brand. But heck for a total cost of $5 and some change its all good.

just got my case today.. the little clip was a cinch to take off.. i just used an xacto blade to remove the foam cover over the screw.. then found a small tipped phillips screw screwdriver and voila.. no more clip.. but now there’s a small hole where the clip used to be.. not a problem.. i’d rather have that small hole than the clip attachment sticking out :/

I just recieved mine, yesterday and it is sexy! Its like I got a new shadow with every preinstalled lol. A good buy. Everything snapped into place and taking off the clip is easy the only thing now is what side should i wear it on…

I got one in May too, but I’ve noticed the paint starts to chip away pretty quickly, mostly around the edges. I guess you get what you pay for…
