Hey Mike! I was wondering why is that even though I turn Wifi on, it wont let me connect to the Internet. When I first got the phone it let me but i dont know if I did something that changed that. I would love enjoying going on the Internet while Im not at home. Please help me!

Oh yeaa when I type in an address to go on on my phone, it ALWAYS says Error 502 - Bad Request
The server could not resolve your request for url
I dont know if I changed the settings and didnt realize it or not! Help me please. Thanks in advance

When I press play video or save file video while i am on youtube i get an error message that says youtube swf args not found..i reinstalled FlashVideoBundle and TCPMP and it didn’t help…is it my phone or the website..you think you could help me out Mike? I would really appreciate it.

Hey Mike i just got my new Shadow a few days ago. I had a Razor prior to the Shadow and i noticed so far i can not set individual ringtones to my phone book. Am i missing something or did T-Mobile not think to add that feature?

Have you installed the new software update yet? We have an article on that if you want to look at the process. When it says bad request it might just be connection. Check to see if the Edge icon (a captial E in top right corner of the screen) comes on when you try to go to a website.

We are working on putting together a directory of games and freewares in addition to our online store. Our store has games and many of them offer a trial so you can play first before you buy. The Shadow also supports Java games so that opens it up to thousands more games that you can find on the internet. Simply find your game download to your pc or phone and transfer to your Shadow. You will have to locate it in the file manager the first time you run it. After that it should be available in the Java Application (Start > Applications > Java Applications

I have the same problem, I do have the E in the top right corner but I still get Error 502. You say it might just be the connection but I get it everywhere. I can’t use my webrowswer unless I’m in a wifi zone.
