How to Remove the ToggleView app

Other than a bump on the head training was a lot of fun. It is good to be back with the Shadow community though and I can see that everyone has been real busy. There are a few hundred comments for me to go through as well as thousands of posts in the forums to check on.

First things first. A few people seem to be having trouble with the ToggleView app I posted about. On most Shadows it seems to work fine but causes problems on others, to remain on the safe side most people would like to just uninstall it. However it doesn’t seem to be listed on the Remove Programs list on the Shadow. If you have a computer with ActiveSync you can remove it through that. Simply connect the Shadow to the computer (in guest mode if you have to) and on ActiveSync go to Tools > Add Remove Programs and scroll down to ‘greatbal’ toggleview and uncheck the box, press Ok. ActiveSync should remove it for you.

This method will also work for adding or removing other applications for those of you that prefer some more options in controlling your Shadow.
