Jeremy Zimmerman wrote in to tell us about an app he found that makes the switch between list view and grid view at the push of a button. It’s called ToggleView and you can get it here. All you have to do is download to your Shadow, install, and access it from your Start > Accessories menu. Enjoy!

It installs fine, but only switches the applications folder to list view, everything else is still grid. Any thoughts?

terrible app only changed the view of apps plus makes my start view flickers when i scroll up and down. tried uninstalling and rebooting, still no luck. hope the dev decides to fix this.

Just saying, but this is probably not necessary because most people would either want Gird or List view and not to change it a lot.

Plus I see everyone is having problems with it. I might get it but I am fine with grid list so I don’t know.

It’s interesting that after few soft resets, the list view works just fine. Also after a new app being installed, the grid view temporary shows up, then, after soft reset, you get list view again.

I did NOT write this program, I just told him about it as I use it for my Dash, and my wife uses it on her Shadow.

Neither of us have had any problems.

Maybe you should contact the DEV of the program if you have issues.
