Question- i just got the phone last night and the internet doesnt work- i have the edge sign just when i try to get to a website on the phone a message says i cant get to it

Jackie, more than likely the settings might be off. If you dial 611 from your phone and ask a Rep to send new settings to your phone it will be a quick fix.
Also, check to se how many bars you have. I tend to get decent data rates with minimal bars but that might vary from area to area

when i try to go into m live i click on download interactive maps the page loads but when i click on the download it says internet error page not found
