The T-Mobile Smartphone Community
To Err on the Side of Human
One of our reader’s informed us of a mistake on a video. In the Unboxing video I had stated that the proprietary input on the T-Mobile Shadow prevented it from being charged by the usual mini USB, this was incorrect which is GREAT news. It turns out that even though the input has the unusual shape it can still acommodate mini USB for charging and syncing.
Which brings up an important point. We are currently working on bringing a Shadow exclusive forum to AllShadow.com so you, the community, can share insights and how-to’s with each other.

I did the same thing when I origianlly got the phone and it messed up the phone. Now everytime I start charging the phone and starts overheating and shutting down. Already called T-Mobile and was told to take back the phone and box for an exchange.

My razor usb charger looks the same as the charger that came with the Shadow. Anyone else using this to charge their shadow? Do you think it would hurt it?

I was wanting to know if anybody knew if there is cable that lets you plug 3.5 headphones into the shadow instead of the ones they provide for you. If there is a website or a store you can buy it from can someone please tell me.

Thanks for the info!
I was able to buy a car charger, a house charger, and a carrying case for just $12.99 (shipped!) at amazon.com, however they didn’t have the special connector I thought I needed. Thanks to you, I don’t need to bring along that stupid “dongle” with me.
This website is great! Keep the helpful tips flowing.
